Executive Function Games & Choreography are infused in our Kids Classes
These three Executive Functions are basic cognitive processes necessary for learning:

1. Working Memory:
Remembering 2 or 3 new things.

Learning a new choreography rule;
 Learning a new idea added to the activity,

2. Inhibitory Control:
Stopping what one is doing.

Stopping an action, thought, or emotion.
Classes include activities for preschoolers to practice stopping and starting their actions.
Spatial Awareness - Safe Moving

3. Flexibility: The ablility to change a thought, action or task.

Thinking &/or feeling about something in a new way.
Transition Practice! : the ability to "switch gears"
Not being rigid, but open to new ideas.
