Tips for the BEST SESSIONS

  • NAME TAGS Enhance Sessions - optional, but so helpful for each participant to have a  3" name tag,
 (Please write in large legible, block letters, first name only)
  • CIRCLE  - Please have participants sitting in a large circle​​
  • Keep INTERRUPTIONS to a Minimum during Sessions.
  • FOCUS! - please save excess talking by participants and staff helpers until we are done.​
  • POSITIVE VIBES for ALL!  - lets all make this an encouraging session for all!

​TAKE PHOTOS DURING SESSIONS!
  • Happy Group Photos  taken at the end of sessions
 
  • Group Action Shots taken from a distance during sessions
and do not usually disturb the flow of the class.

  • Pre planned  photo/video can be planned in to sessions sharing student progress and fun group action!
